WHAT?
Developing a diverse population of footballers using our unique model. Small group session are unique! Allowing players to play in a smaller group to maximise exposure to football, alongside maximising their interactions with our quality coaches.
Our model allows players to benefit from the ideas and actions of up to four elite coaches per session. Our set up has multiple small sided pitches, on each of which a coach will set up their unique practice. Players will stay in their designated group ( a maximum of 8 players) yet rotate to visit each coach during the session. Whilst one coach will facilitate a themed small sided game.

Another key consideration of ours is that players will always work in a group appropriate for both their ability and age, this is important in best bringing about development for every player.

We also offer additional resources that can be great to develop footballer both inside and outside of our sessions.
WHY?
Purpose is placed on how we can give players the most detail and the best platform to progress. We recognise the need for high performance football coaching to be made available to a diverse population of footballers.

We have a desire to develop footballers of ages 5-12. Wanting to further impact the girls game as we aim to improve the quality of coaching and opportunities for local girls.
Having successfully impacted over 60 local footballers we now desire to broaden our impact. Boasting multiple coaches who have experience in a range of performance environments makes our team adaptable yet effective in facilitating development.
HOW?
Desiring to give our players the best detail and platform to thrive! To supplement this our sessions work around a 6 week syllabus. Every 6 week block will work around a main topic, that is broken down into 6 sup topics for each weekly session. We understand football can be complex to understand, breaking down a key topic into 6 mini topics can consolidate learning.
Our session operate in a carousel format. Meaning players will be exposed to up to three different football practices from different elite coaches. Effective in exposing our players to a variety of ideas and opinions from quality coaches. Before ending the session with a small sided games, allowing players to showcase what they have learnt during the session.
You will also notice we work in a small group session format. Entailing groups of no larger than 8 players, many European countries ensure young footballers are exposed to small sided games. Allowing less players on the pitch; facilitating better engagement and progression. having smaller pitch sizes and smaller teams means players interactions are multiplied. A player will have increased opportunity to pass the ball, dribble with the ball, steal the ball. We believe in following this best practice to maximise the opportunity footballers have to impact the game.
